Welcome to our family-owned teriyaki restaurant in Vancouver, Washington! We are Julie and Myung, a husband-and-wife team, who moved from Korea to pursue the American Dream and share our love for quality food and flavors with our local community. From the very beginning, we’ve been committed to serving high-quality dishes made with fresh, carefully selected ingredients. Each meal, whether it’s our savory teriyaki chicken, tender beef, or delicious tofu, is crafted with care and precision to give you a truly satisfying experience. All sauces are prepared on site without preservatives or dyes. From the meat that is cut in house to the hand cut vegetables, we use only the freshest ingredients, ensuring that every meal is delicious, healthy, satisfying, and full of flavor. We offer classic teriyaki dishes, Chinese inspired house specials, popular Korean dishes, and a variety of appetizers.
At our restaurant, we believe in offering large portions at fair prices because we know the value of a good meal shared with family and friends. While there are many Ichi Teriyakis in the Pacific Northwest, we are proud to own and operate three of them: Ichi 16, Ichi 29, and Ichi 30. Each of our location carries the same commitment to quality, generous servings, and genuine hospitality that has made us a local favorite.
